What Happens Next

After booking, you’ll receive confirmation of your reservation. Closer to your date, we’ll reach out to confirm final details so everything is ready when you arrive.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

We reserve each tea party time slot just for your group, so we do have a few policies in place to keep things running smoothly.

Cancellations
• Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will forfeit the total cost of booking. No refunds.

No Shows
If your group does not arrive for your scheduled time and we have not heard from you, the remaining full booking amount will be charged.

Payment
The remaining balance will be paid at the end of your tea party. We accept cash, Venmo, all major credit cards, and debit cards.

Weather
We monitor the weather closely and will make a final decision 24 hours (or earlier) before your scheduled event.

If weather conditions are not suitable (rain, cold temperatures, or unsafe conditions), Bootsy Garden will cancel the event and:
• Your deposit will be fully refunded
• No additional payment will be required

Bootsy Garden will make the final decision regarding weather-related cancellations to ensure the safety of both guests and animals.
